Cicada with open wings, journal page & acrylic ink. No sign of cicadas, no sign of humming birds and no fireflies. I think we need less rain and more summer.
Not Quite Here -Yet - 17 Year Cicadas
Not quite here yet - but perhaps on their way. The 17 year cycle cicadas. Of course it's a little hard to tell since the construction from the house next door sounds rather like their constant hum. Acrylic ink, journal page.
